Rifugio Capanna Vittoria
Capanna Vittoria Hut is located in alta valsassina at 1600m of altitude, in a wonderful position, from its wide panoramic terrace you enjoy an amazing view over Como and Lugano Lakes and the Valsassina; moreover, you can delight in the surrounding mountains from Grigna Mount to Pizzo dei Tre Signori, Legnone and Mount Rosa and Cervino summit. We are at 40 km away from Lecco and 80km from Milan. Our cuisine is born exactly in Giumello and has been awarded 2 golden cooks in Caorle in 1971 and in Peschiera in 1995.
On the panoramic viewpoint stands a memorial bench dedicated to the Nobel Prize winner for physics Cecil Frank Powell, who used to spend her holiday here.
